About

MOS is a Value-Added Supplier that reduces time to market for biometric, electronic and medical device manufacturers that trust us to solve the most challenging design and manufacturing issues.

Our company has been recognized time and again by Abbott, Agilent, Allergan, Arthrocare, Cambrex, Cepheid, Dynatherm, Guidant, HP, Nektar, Labcyte and many other customers as a value-added supplier that delivers exceptional quality and reduces time to market. These and other cutting-edge technology customers have developed a high level of confidence in our ability to provide engineering expertise, supply chain management, and improved process that in turn lowers parts and assembly costs, reduces time to market, and improves part performance.

Our continued investment and re-investment in employee training, technology, automation, and process control has reduced the cost and time to manufacture zero-defect parts; which means we can deliver hundreds or thousands of domestically molded parts of filled and non-filled thermoplastic resins including ABS, Acetyl, Acrylic, COC, HIPS, HDPE, Isoplast, LDPE, LCP, Nylon, PBT, PC, PES, PP, PPS, TPE, and TPP at competitive prices while exceeding customer expectations for quality and service.

Originally Certified ISO 9001 in 1997, and re-certified to new standards in 2006, MOS manufacturing operations includes controlled environment molding on 33 presses ranging in size from 28 to 550 tons. After-molding services include tapping, boring, ultrasonic welding, heat staking, pad printing, hot stamping, electro-mechanical assembly, test, validation, and packaging. Extended services include sterilization, re-packing into master shippers, warehousing and shipping to customers or their distributors. The purchasing power of our supply chain management programs includes many examples of substantial cost savings realized by our customers.

Order processing at MOS, like all Kennerley-Spratling companies, is straight-forward. Our knowledgeable customer service and support staff is so outstanding that many long-distance customers consider MOS more convenient than the injection molder next door.
