Choose Class 10,000 Clean Room or Controlled Environment "White" Room

MOS offers customers the choiceof a Certified Class 10,000 Clean Room, or a CER “White Room” for molding and secondary operations including pad printing, hot stamping, ultrasonic welding, inserting, mechanical and electro-mechanical assembly, final test, and packaging for biomedical, electronic, optical and other components or devices.

Both rooms offer particulate-free environments. MOS's white room provides a controlled manufacturing environment for products such as lab ware and many medical devices where the stringent requirements met by the Class 10,000 room are not required.

The Class 10,000 facility, with its closed-loop air handling system provides a molding and secondary operations environment fully suitable for Class VI medical devices, surgical instruments, components of laboratory reagent or diagnostic kits and drug delivery systems.
