We begin each project with an Engineering Design Review. MOS engineers will recommend design modifications to optimize cost and ensure manufacturability.

A San Francisco startup came to us with an idea to manufacture green toys out of post-consumer plastic. Every other plastics house had told them it couldn't be done. Fractionals, such as post-consumer plastics, are notoriously difficult to work with—a lot of molding companies won't even try it. We figured out how to make a near-impossible resin work for their product and also developed a way to color it with a poly-1 resin.
Because they were a startup, funds were incredibly tight. We creatively used our global partnerships to hit their very modest tooling budget and deliver exactly what they wanted at a great price.

Time to market is key for any new product. Every day of delay means dollars lost. Nowhere is that more true than in the medical and electronics industries.
Our team is passionate about tackling your custom injection molding challenges and about devoting every resource to getting your product to market on time and in spec.
As a custom plastic injection molding house, our job is to question the traditional way of doing things, be that in terms of design, tooling, molding, materials, process, or packaging. Many of our customers first came to MOS because they were confident that we could deliver quality end products no matter how unique their requirements.
Unique requirements aside, we bring our core values to every project:
