


At MOS, the Quality Assurance program is much more than simply complying with the on-going requirements for maintaining ISO 9001:2000 Certification.
Our Q. A. program begins with the needs or specifications of the part or assembly as provided by the customer. An experienced MOS customer service representative will be designated as project manager and head a team that includes the quality systems manager, sales manager, polymer, production and design engineers, mold shop foreman, floor manager, operators, and all secondary operations staff who will be involved with your project.
Together, they will develop a protocol for purchasing materials, scheduling production, collection of metrics, first article inspections, assembly, and test through final packaging, inventory control and meeting regulatory requirements. For the convenience of our customers these team meetings are made available to our customers through in-person participation or through video conferencing.
