MOS employs seasoned teams of designers, tool makers, plastics professionals, sales, and customer service personnel that specialize in "turn-key" projects and supply chain management.
A typical project for a medical device manufacturer includes MOS collaborating on part design, selecting the best resin or polymer, engineering the tool, developing Validation Protocol, Performance Qualification, Process Validation, and then molding the part.
After molding, the part is combined with third-party components into a final assembly that is tested and packaged in a hermetically sealed package, and imprinted with code. The sealed package is delivered to an approved sterilizer, and after sterilizing shipped to the customer's distributors.
